ABSEILING
Leasowe Lighthouse Charity Abseil takes place from 10AM on
Saturday the 31st of July 2010
So why not come along and raise money for the charity of your choice by abseiling 101 feet down Leasowe Lighthouse with the help of our professional instructors.
A £25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Sponsor forms and applications are available from the friends of Leasowe Lighthouse NOW via the form on the contacts page (CONTACTS MENU BUTTON ABOVE) of this website.

School parties, clubs and other visitors are all welcome and, with prior arrangement, activities and talks are all available.
Guides are there to help you answer your questions and help you understand how this nearly 250 year old stunning historic monument came to fruition all those years ago.
What's it all about?
OPEN DAYS
We are open on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month from April to September and the 1st Sunday of each month from October to March.
Every open day we are open from 12pm - 4pm.
Leasowe Lighthouse was built in 1763 and now stands in the centre of the North Wirral Coastal Park. It is adjacent to many sites of special scientific and biological interest, making it a natural centre for learning.
The Friends of Leasowe Lighthouse have been working hard to raise money to restore this building since 1989. The facilities are continuously being improved as we listen to what our visitors want and do our best to be hospitable.
